The product is beautiful and very well made . Extremely pleased with it and my baby loves it . Staff are very attentive and have good communication throughout the whole process , they tried very hard to get it shipped to me in time for my babies 1st birthday which I am very grateful for . It did arrive a day late of no fault of their own , but I am very satisfied with their service . Thank you
