Questions we get asked
Why do you sell in boxes of 750?
Bulk balls are packed at the factory in boxes of 750, one colour per box, and shipped straight to you. Ordering by the box keeps the price per ball down. For smaller top-ups, see our 25 to 500 ball packs.
What size and material are the balls?
7 cm diameter, made from soft, flexible plastic with no PVC, BPA or phthalates. They're tested to EN71 for toy safety.
How do I clean them?
Put them in a laundry net bag and wash in warm soapy water, or on a cool dishwasher cycle in batches. Let them dry fully before they go back in the pit.
Can I order more than 21,000 balls or mix colours inside a box?
Yes. Use the trade quote form below and tell us the quantity and colours. We reply within one working day.
Are they safe for babies?
The balls are suitable for babies who can sit supported. 7 cm is above the size limit for small parts, but always supervise young children in a ball pit.
