Seventeen large foam pieces in one order: the 11-block castle set plus six extra cuboid blocks. The cuboids are the plain, chunky pieces children reach for first when they want to build walls, steps or a sofa.
With the extra blocks you can build taller and wider than with the castle set alone, or split the pieces between two children. The T-21 foam is dense enough to stand on and soft enough to land on. The covers are tough upholstery fabric and a damp cloth deals with sticky fingers.

Inside the workshop. Every foam shape and cover is cut on an automated cutting table, so the pieces fit together properly. A team of more than 30 seamstresses sews the covers.
The workshop keeps materials in stock, which is why most of the range is ready to dispatch within a couple of working days.
Checked before it’s packed. Each product goes through quality checks at the workshop and comes with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty.
