This bundle puts two of our sets together: the 11-piece castle and the 4-piece wheel. That's 15 large foam pieces, enough to build something big enough for two or three children to play on at once.

The curved wheel pieces add arches and rockers to the straight castle blocks, which opens up a lot more ways to build. Everything is soft T-21 foam with a hard-wearing cover, so it copes with climbing, rolling and being thrown about the room. The supplier recommends it for nurseries, kindergartens and playrooms.

Made in Europe, delivered by us

Our soft play is made in a European workshop, from cutting the foam to sewing the covers. We stock the range in the UK and deliver it free to your door.

Inside the workshop. Every foam shape and cover is cut on an automated cutting table, so the pieces fit together properly. A team of more than 30 seamstresses sews the covers.

The workshop keeps materials in stock, which is why most of the range is ready to dispatch within a couple of working days.

Checked before it’s packed. Each product goes through quality checks at the workshop and comes with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty.
